What’s New in GEC?

GEC Gandhinagar BTech admission 2024 is based on the GUJCET exam. The GUJCET 2024 registration is currently ongoing. Interested candidates can apply for the same till January 16 on the official website @gujcet.gseb.org. The GUJCET exam date has been rescheduled and will be conducted on March 31, 2024.

Established in 2004, Government Engineering College Gandhinagar is an NBA-accredited and AICTE-approved institute. It is affiliated with the Gujarat Technical University. The institute is well-known for its knowledgeable faculty, supportive staff and modern infrastructure.

The institute offers six specializations under the B.Tech course. Candidates who have passed 10+2 in the Science stream with 45% marks are eligible to apply. For selection, candidates have to take the GUJCET. Those who have taken the JEE Main can skip this examination.

GEC Gandhinagar admits students to two specializations under the M.Tech course. To be eligible, a candidate should have a B.Tech degree in the relevant stream with 50% marks. To be selected, a candidate has to take the Gujarat PGCET. However, candidates who have taken the GATE will be exempted.
